Kenn Morris is a skilled logistics, market research and international business executive with a wide range of practical and analytical experience. As President and Founder of XPL Advisors, he oversees project scoping, execution and delivery - with a focus to help our customers solve their problems, and earn their trust.

Prior to XPLA, his work included a role first as General Manager then Vice President at Global Logistics and Fulfillment, a West Coast 3PL fulfillment and distribution company that he helped grow from 30,000sf to nearly 400,000sf of operations. At GLF his responsibilities included operations, growth and site expansions, 4PL partnerships, onboarding of DTC/B2B customers, major equipment purchasing, and overall marketing & sales.

For nearly 20-years prior to this, Kenn was President of Crossborder Group, a binational consulting firm that specialized in analyzing economic and industrial trends in North America (US, Mexico & Canada), US-Mexico travel and transportation markets, site selection projects, and crossborder supply chain planning.

He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and an appointed member of the Nevada District Export Council (DEC).
